The people is the church, the church is the people. Building the people is building the church. The strength of any local assembly or congregation is not in her number or budget/finance ( that is good) but in the character and spirituality of the committed members.
The LORD is preparing for Himself a glorious church that is without spot or wrinkle...Eph.5:27.

At IWC we are committed to adequate investment to build up the spiritual life and effectiveness of our committed members. Programs are designed and funded to minister to the Total Man (spirit, soul and body).
Skilled and qualified trainers/instructors are brought in to organize training courses for all potential leaders enrolled into the leadership program. Students are also mandated to attend seminars & courses outside the church
